John and Mark installed our new Hot Water Tank and were extremely professional and efficient. They called before arriving, arrived on time, explained everything concisely, reviewed everything when the job was complete, cleaned up thoroughly, and were very respectful of our home and property. I don't know if either of them smoke but they did not smell like smoke and they did not smoke on or around our property, which is greatly appreciated. They improved the valves and connections when installing the new Hot Water Tank and removed the old Tank. David was extremely helpful on the phone getting the process started as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Ed Young's and will absolutely use them for future plumbing needs. Top Class operation.

Ed Young's Plumbing answered our call and was able to send someone out to our house almost immediately! Bryan called on his way over and the work was completed and the problem resolved in under an hour from the time of our initial phone call. He helped clean the space , let us know what caused the issue to begin with and gave the recommendation on maintenance to prevent it from happening in the future. Ed Young's plumbing came to my house to install a new Bradford White hot water tank, as well as replace some ductwork. Their prices were on par with everybody else. They showed up on time. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They did a great job replacing the ductwork. They also did a good job installing the Bradford White hot water tank, with the exception they put small dents and scratches in it while installing. To be fair it was a very tight area they had to work. The thing is they did not tell me about the dents or scratches I had to find them myself when I inspected the job after they left. So I called and complained about the dents and scratches. The manager came out and inspected the job. He stated that they could not help the dents and scratches because it was such a tight area. I asked for a new tank and he would not put a new tank in, he said it would only happen again when they try to replace it. So he refunded me $100 towards the price. And assured me in writing that it would not affect the warranty on the tank or the operation of the tank. Not completely happy with that but it is all he was willing to do. It has been about 2 weeks, seems to be operating fine.

They got here the same day to unclog my kitchen sink drain. Scott was friendly and efficient.

This is the second time (two different issues) in the past several months I've used Ed Young's plumbing service and both times the work has been of high quality, the service exceptional, and the cost very reasonable. Five stars and two thumbs up for John who provided the service both times.

Historic hardware business that has been in Williamsville since forever. Used to be easy to get in and out but the parking situation which other reviewers mention is a deal breaker. Why have an employee harass people trying to park to shop at your store because you think they are going into the creekside restaurant. A little professionalism would go a long way.

Ed was able to help me find a part for an older model toilet that Home Depot, Valu and Lowe's did NOT carry. None of the other local plumbing suppliers had it either. Great service, great price and the best inventory.

We were having a bathroom vanity top installed. The countertop vendor told us they didn't do the plumbing part. I made 2 appointments with Ed Young's. The first visit was to install shut off valves and remove the old faucet and sink. The 2nd appointment was to install the new faucet. In both times, they showed up exactly on time and did everything right the first time. I will use them again. I highly recommend them.
